Roadmap

See what I'm building next. This roadmap is updated regularly based on user feedback.

Vision

A world where every product team has the clarity to build what truly matters. Where great ideas don't die in backlogs and real problems don't go unsolved. Where the gap between what users need and what gets built finally closes for good.

Mission

I'm here to help product teams do their best work. From understanding users to shipping features to learning what landed and what flopped. All the messy, unglamorous stuff that goes into building products people actually love. I'm not trying to be everything to everyone. Just really, really good at the things product teams need most. And honestly? I want to make product development easier and more fun. It doesn't have to be painful.

Q1
Q1 2026 路 Discovery / StartNOW

Every great product starts with discovery. Finding the right problems, the right people, the right moment. I'm starting here because honestly, I'm figuring it out too. I use lube every day to understand what to build next. It's early, it's rough around the edges, and I'd love for you to build alongside me.

Q2
Q2 2026 路 Depends

Honestly? I don't know yet. I want to see what feedback I get from early adopters. How are you using lube? How do you want to use it? Q2 is about listening, learning, and building what actually matters to you.

  • Learning from users
  • Iterating based on real feedback
Q3
Q3 2026 路 Beyond Discovery

I have a buttload of ideas on how to improve product workflows. And when I say product, I don't just mean product managers. I mean designers, engineers, founders, marketers. Everyone involved in building something people actually want.

  • New modules for the rest of product work
  • Tools for planning and prioritization
  • Shipping and launch workflows

Q4 2026 路 Wow, I Made It

If you're reading this and I'm actually in Q4 2026, that means I'm still here. Still building. Still figuring it out with you. That's pretty cool.

  • Whatever makes sense by then
  • Probably stuff I can't even imagine yet
